Function Audit
The Function Audit page checks the quality and coverage of Developer Hub functions. It highlights inactive, poorly documented or REST-exposed functions.
Access
Open Security & Audit → Function Audit, or use ?tab=audit-functions.
The audit reads functions from Zoho CRM and temporarily stores the result in the local cache. It does not modify functions.
Score and metrics
The score is calculated out of 100 from five KPIs:

| Activation | Share of active CRM functions |
| Governance | Functions with a description and at least one tag |
| Freshness | CRM functions modified within the last 180 days |
| Exposure | REST-exposed functions with sufficient documentation |
| Coverage | Deluge functions whose code is available for analysis |
Each KPI displays a percentage and a good, warning or critical status. Marketplace plugin functions are excluded from CRM governance metrics.
Alerts
Alerts are prioritised and link back to the Functions page: inactive, draft, governance, stale and undocumented REST-exposed functions. Up to twelve alerts are shown.
Charts distribute functions by category, source and age. The statistics also show totals, REST exposure, stale functions and analysed Deluge functions.
Use Refresh to bypass the cache and reload all function pages from Zoho CRM. A CRM connection is required.
