Features & Quotas

The Features page displays the Zoho CRM features enabled on your organization and their associated usage quotas.

Displayed Information

Column	Description
Feature	Zoho feature name
Status	Enabled / Disabled
Used Quota	Current consumption
Total Quota	Maximum allowed limit

Feature Categories

Features are grouped by category: emails, automation, storage, API, integrations, etc.

Exceeded Quotas

When consumption approaches or exceeds a quota, an alert is displayed. Contact Zoho CRM to increase limits or upgrade your plan.

Refresh

Data is updated on the next Zoho API sync. To force a refresh, reload the page.
