Customisation

The Customisation section groups tools for configuring Zoho CRM templates and tags from the Zepiq dashboard.

Templates	Custom email templates from the CRM
Tags	Labels to categorize records

Data Source

Data is read from the dashboard's local IndexedDB cache and reflects the current configuration of your Zoho CRM organization. Changes must be made in Zoho CRM and will be synced on the next refresh.
